Maximus Analytical Firm respects your privacy. This notice explains what this website collects and how it is used.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use mafks.com: pages viewed, how visitors arrived (for example a social post, ad or QR code), general location (city or region), device type, and actions such as booking clicks, video plays and form starts. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. You can opt out with your browser's privacy settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Information you choose to share

If you complete the Monday Morning Test or contact us, we receive only the information you enter. Every field is optional. We use it to review your results and follow up if you ask us to. We do not sell or rent your information.

Health information

Please do not enter patient names or any protected health information (PHI) on this website. Any engagement that requires PHI is handled only under a signed Business Associate Agreement.

Scheduling

Bookings are handled by Calendly and are subject to Calendly's privacy policy.
